About Us
We are a mother-daughter team who love estate sales and our business is seated in Collin County where our family grew up. We combine generational experience, complementary skills, new ideas, creativity and compassion. Our skill sets are in research/market analysis, creative writing, staging/organizing, online and in-person marketing, familiarity with antiques and furnishings.
Together Lillie and Allie wanted to create a business that could allow them to work together and find ways to help others through transitions in their lives and share a combined enthusiasm for finding unusual or rare things.
Our Process
Estate sales essentially is the amass of one’s whole life belongings and the liquidation of these possessions. This process requires compassion combined with speed and knowledge to catalog everything one owns to present these items for sale. The inventory includes all possessions, even items that are aged. Everything from the old items back in the garage covered in dust to the shiny new items in the dinning room.
Our services follow a step-by-step process which involve identifying the size and scope of the sale, making actionable decisions through a mapping plan defining details. We evaluate the current trends, gather team input and analyze the agreement taking actionable directions. Our process uses a series of efficiencies to ensure consistency is not neglected. We spend 7-10 days pricing and staging your sales event at your home. Utilizing marketing ads for your specific sale aligned with our signage, analysis is based off of the rarity, the market, the quality and age of each specialty item. We stage displays, utilizing cabinets, shelving, tables, baskets and lighting.
Once photos are captured and ads are out we will post dates and times of your sale. When the sale begins with warm welcoming to visitors we follow a check out pattern accounting for each item sold and packing items as needed for carry out. After the sale has ended we do a light broom clean of the home, send you notice, attach records and send you final payment Wednesday after the sale.
